I currently have one residential property where I rent out two units. Currently, I own the property. I would like to begin working on building this business so I am trying to figure out how to move the property into a corporation. Once the property is in the corporation, I would like to pursue purchasing other properties for both renting and possibly rehabbing.
I will post any updates or nuggets of information about this process as I come across them in the process.
